Farmer or Hunter?

Are you always looking for new clients / customers? Then maybe you should think about making the most of the customers / clients you already have first.

CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management. It is a process or methodology used to learn more about customers' needs and behaviours in order to develop stronger relationships with them.


There are many technological components to CRM, but thinking about CRM in primarily technological terms is a mistake. Customer Hugs are no bad thing The more useful way to think about CRM is as a process that will help bring together lots of pieces of information about customers, sales, marketing effectiveness, responsiveness and market trends.


This is probably the most powerful tool that any business can have. In short it take 8 times more effort in time - money - and sweat to get one new client as it does to sell something to an existing customer.


The tools to achieve this are varied and many. We would argue that most are overpriced and over complicated. There again we would say that as we built our own solution four years ago. Find out more here
